Returns and Exchanges

Stevens Magic Global’s (forward referred to as SMG); parent company (Stevens Magic Emporium) has enjoyed 40 years of business working with customers world-wide. We have achieved that mark by being fair and working with our customers. That stated, when you purchase magic effects, it is more than just a product, but a secret of the trade. As such this eliminates it from being a homogeneous product, in most cases. Therefore it is our policy to replace only defective items, provided you inform us of this defect within 10 days of receipt.

In this case we will arrange for a replacement, if a replacement is not available, we will provide you with a merchandise credit. Media products due to their nature, are more difficult in regards to exchanges due to the fact the information “is” the product, in this case contact us for details if you receive a defective media product. But regardless they are not able to be returned for anything other than a replacement of the same product.

Please note, ALL RETURNS require a RA (return authorization) and thus MUST be “pre-approved” prior to return shipping by a staff member at SMG. All returns (except for defective products) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Any and all returns (regardless of reason), or whether you or SMG is paying for the return shipping, must be sent back to SMG via the most affordable option with tracking. We also suggest you include insurance. It also the responsibility of the customer to make sure the product(s) are returned in the same condition as it was received, and also that the product is indeed returned to SMG.
